How to use the Career Conversation posters

These posters have been designed to help you start conversations. Here are some ideas for sharing them with staff, students, and families to get conversations flowing in your school setting.

Start a new career conversation every month

With ten (10) posters in the pack, you have enough to rotate them through every few weeks so that the conversation is always on the move. Print and laminate them in the largest size you can, then choose a few spots throughout your campus where students will regularly pass by. Encourage teachers to ask students about the question of the month/week/fortnight (whatever you choose) and see how creative the answers can be.
