What is a Cadi Cluster Guide?
The Cadi Clusters help your students to discover which groups of people their skills, motivations, interests, and strengths align with in the world of work. But this is just a starting point for conversation. So we designed these in-depth guides for you to share with your students to help them explore their career possibilities.
Each of the six (6) Cadi Cluster Guides includes:
- What the Cluster is about (Maker, Coordinator, Guardian, Innovator, Informer, and Linker)
- Who works in that Cluster and what they do

How can I use the Cadi Cluster Guides?
We know that all schools are different, so we’ve designed these guides so you can use them in a multitude of different ways.
- You can distribute them after students take the Cadi Cluster Quiz so they can explore their Cluster(s) further)
- Use them at Career Information Evenings or school Careers Expos – as students can often self-identify with their Cluster(s)
- Add them to your school intranet in your Careers section
- Make the download links available to parents (as this will help them with career conversations at home)

While most secondary schools will use the Cadi Cluster Quiz around Years 9 or 10, the Cadi Cluster Guides are designed to suit all secondary school year levels in all english-speaking settings.
