How do I order online?
When you find a resource you like, click ‘Add to cart’, and keep shopping. Got everything you need? Simply click the Shopping Cart icon in the top right of screen and checkout with your school or personal credit card.
If you are purchasing for a school, please ensure you use your school email address and contact details in case we need to contact you.
How are my resources delivered?
Most of our resources are delivered digitally, so you will have an on-screen download link(s) when you complete your purchase, and we’ll also send the download links to the email address you enter upon checkout.
I don't have a credit card, how can I order?
We know not all Careers Advisors have a school credit card (or have to follow purchasing policies).
Just click here to contact us and ask for an invoice. If you need to send us a purchase order, request your invoice first so that you or your Accounts/Finance team have the details to create one.
I have another purchasing question, how can I contact you?
We love to hear from our schools, both new and existing. If you have a question not covered on this page, please contact us to let us know. We personally reply to every email.
I'm a University, College, or Training Centre. How can I order?
If you would like a poster set, Job Spotlight, or printable resource, you’re welcome to order online just the same as our School members do.
If you would like to know about one of our Curriculum programs or to get Dashboard access to deliver them properly, please contact us and we’ll happily assist you.
How can I order for multiple schools? 🏫 + 🏫
My school has multiple campuses, how do I order?
Each resource is licensed on a per-campus basis, so simply add to your purchase quantity to match the number of campuses you have to 2, 3, 4 etc. This way your schools will have officially licensed copies they can freely use within their campus.

I'm part of a Dicocese, School Network, or Multi Academy Trust, can I get a group discount?
Yes. If we don’t have a published discount available right now, just contact us to let us know how many schools you have.
We’ll either give you a special coupon code to buy online with a credit card, or prepare an invoice for you instead. Purchase Orders are welcomed.
I'm a buyer from a Government Education Department or Independent Governing Body, how can I buy from you?
We work with state and federal governments in multiple countries and are happy to work with you to ensure your schools get access to the best resources from us.

Who can use these resources 🙋🏻♀️
Schools
Schools (Career Advisors, Guidance Officers, School Counselors, Career Leaders etc) are our most common customers. Often they have a Membership with us, and use these resources to highlight the work they do. However, our career education resources can be used in lots of different educational and training settings (see below).
Colleges, Training Centres, TAFEs, Universities
Many different post-school or school-alternate organisations use our resources for career guidance in their settings. These can be with young people, students who are disengaged from school or can’t attend normal school, and adults learning about their career options.
You are welcome to purchase career education resources from the Library, or get in touch with us about Membership or Program options.
Individuals (Students, Parents, Carers etc)
Lots of students and their families buy Guides, Job Spotlights, and other career education resources to help with career conversations at home.
Everything is designed by a Career Practitioner, and priced to be affordable, so please feel welcome to get the things you need today.
Independent Career Practitioners (CDPs/RCDPs)
CDPs are welcome to order career education resources from us to use exclusively within their practice. Career Education Poster FAQs 👷🏻♀️
What format do your Careers Posters come in?
Most of our career education resources, including posters, come in a digital PDF format that you can print in multiple sizes at school.
What sizes are the Careers Posters?
You can print these high-resolution prints in common internationally recognised A3, A4,and A5 sizes. Some of them are so crisp that you could print them in A1 or even A0.
What file type do the Careers Posters come in?
They all come in PDF, which you can easily open in many different operating systems and viewers, including Adobe Reader, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Edge, Apple Preview etc.
Do you offer them in print?
We used to print and post resources like Careers Posters and Job Spotlights, but sometimes they would get damaged in the post. As most schools have high-quality laser printers and access to paper, it’s much easier, smarter, and more convenient for you if we provide the digital files you need instead.
It also means that if a poster gets torn or lost, you can simply print another fresh one – easy!
Student Guides FAQs 👨🏼🎓
What is a Student Guide?
Our Guides are designed to give young people and school leavers a comprehensive and high-quality source of information about a range of different topics.
From popular pathways like Entry to Medicine, to gaining Work Experience, to things like Scholarships and Gap Years, they’re all designed to help answer the questions they may have.
What format do they come in?
The Guides all come in a high resolution PDF file you can read in a browser, PDF reader, or on many popular devices.
They can also be printed, both in simple page-by-page print with a staple, or in a booklet format if your school printer has the feature to do so.
How can I use the Student Guides in my school setting?
Schools use our Guides in lots of different ways in their Careers Programs, as long as they aren’t made publicly available for people outside your school community to access.
Print – some schools print them out and make them available in magazine racks in the careers office or school library. And others print multiple copies to use in class/group setting.
Email – the Guides are designed to be easily emailed to students, families, and educators within your school community.
LMS – if you have a Learning Management System (Google Classroom, Teams, OneNote, Canvas, SchoolBox etc), you are welcome to upload the guides onto it for your school community to use.
Job Spotlight/Pathways Spotlight FAQs 👩🏻✈️
What is the difference between a Job Spotlight and a Pathways Spotlight?
A Job Spotlight focusses on the specifics of an individual job (tasks, attributes, training etc) and a Pathways Spotlight focusses on the jobs associated with work in common industries.
How can I use a Spotlight?
You can share these via email as a PDF or print them out. If your printer can produce stapled booklets, these are perfect for use in A5, or even A4 size.
Can I print a Spotlight? How do I do that?
Yes, they’re designed for printing (as well as working great as digital files). It depends on your printer settings, but you can often choose ‘booklet format’ in your print settings. Our Job and Pathways Spotlights are all 8 pages, with front and back covers, so they’re perfect for booklet printing. Ask your school admin office for assistance with this.
Can I put a Spotlight on my school's LMS or internal website?
Yes, you’re welcome to do this, as it helps make them accessible to students, teachers, and parents to read and explore.
