Some schools run a full term-long program with weekly spotlights, guest speakers, and department competitions.

The Term-long Theme

This is the main way of using them. Feature one role each week through assemblies, newsletters, and homeroom. Build momentum over ten weeks and celebrate with an event at term’s end. Ideal if you want sustained, whole-school engagement.

Job of the Week

Swap the poster, share the fact sheet. Your job is all done. It provides regular changes with minimal effort. Perfect for schools just starting to build career conversations into their culture.

Intensive Careers Week

Dedicate one week to the theme. Run assemblies, invite speakers, challenge departments to create displays, and host a careers fair. Great for end-of-term energy.

Targeted Cohorts

Use with specific groups — students considering gap years, those exploring vocational pathways, or anyone expressing resistance to conventional office work. Small workshops or Lunch & Learn sessions work well.

I'm already a member, how do I upgrade?

Basics Members
You’re already a paying member, so we’ll simply see how much credit you have remaining for the year and apply that towards your new Ponder Membership (AUD $880 ex GST, NZD $965, £430 GBP). You’ll get a 30-day invoice for the difference, and will have access almost straight away.

Always Free Members
If you’ve got access to our Education Dashboard and the CADI Career Clusters at your school, you’re already on the platform. We’ll simply set you up as a paid member and give you access to our enormous collection of resources at the same time.

What year levels are these designed for?
The materials suit Years 7–12. The posters and displays engage all year levels, while the detailed pathway and qualification information in the handbook and fact sheets is most relevant for Years 9–12.

Can I share these with my teaching staff?
Yes. The curriculum connection sheets are specifically designed for this. Share them with heads of department, year-level coordinators, or any teacher who wants to connect career conversations to their subject area. Your licence covers all staff and students within your campus.

What format are the files
Digital PDF with full colour, so you can use them as they are on digital displays around your campus, or print them out in A3 or A4 to set up a big display like ours above.

Are Ponder Pathways included in a Ponder Membership?
Yes. All four 2026 theme packs (The Wanderers, Material World, Place Makers, and Feed Me) are included with every Ponder Membership. Members also receive access to the Ponder Program, Ready to Work, Career Clusters, AweHunters, 180+ job fact sheets, weekly news, and more.

Can I buy these without a membership?
Absolutely. Each pack is available individually for AUD $160 from our shop following the end of the term they were released in (Ponder Members get them straight away). So at $880 per year for a Ponder Membership, it makes better sense to join.

Will there be new themes in 2027?
Yes. We release four (4) new themed packs each year, one per term. The 2026 themes (Wanderers, Material World, Place Makers, Feed Me) will be followed by four fresh themes in 2027, giving you a rotating library of career conversations that stays current and engaging.
