Professor Ronald Sultana was a Professor of Educational Sociology and Comparative Education at the University of Malta. He was a tireless advocate of a vision of career education as a vehicle for social justice for marginalised and disadvantaged people.

In this discussion, two of Professor Sultana’s closest collaborators, Professors Tristram Hooley and Rie Thomsen will discuss his legacy and share their vision of how his efforts can be continued by the global career development community. They will also describe their website Career Guidance for Social Justice, a resource designed to support career practitioners to learn about how to deliver socially just and equitable career education.
