CSIRO’s STEM Professionals in Schools Program

Providing engaging and relevant learning experiences in STEM subjects in the classroom can be a challenge. To help you, STEM Professionals in Schools partners you with a highly qualified STEM professional to increase your confidence, knowledge and skills in STEM subjects and help you enrich the learning experiences for your students.

Through your partnership, you work together with a volunteer STEM professional to bring together real and contemporary STEM practices from a wide range of disciplines which are relevant to, and embedded in, the school context.

If you’re a registered teacher or principal working in an Australian government or non-government primary or secondary school from Foundation-12, you can join the program.
